Recipes for BrainSustain

1 scoop BrainSustain
1/2 cup Fresh pineapple
1 Ripe banana
1/4 tsp Coconut extract
2 cups Vanilla-flavored soy drink
4-6 ice cubes
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender beginning with 1/4 cup of liquid adding more for taste and how thick you want the smoothie.

1 scoop BrainSustain
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Blackberries
1 Banana
1/2 cup Apple juice
1/3 cup Raspberry sorbet
Directions: Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until consistency is reached.

1 scoop BrainSustain
1 cup Soy or nonfat milk, orange juice, pineapple juice or water
1/2 cup Low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup Fresh strawberries
1/2 Frozen banana, cut into chunks
Directions: Puree all ingredients in a blender beginning with 1/4 cup of liquid adding more for taste and how thick you want the smoothie.

1 scoop BrainSustain
2 Ripe papayas
1/2 cup Orange juice or pineapple juice
1/2 cup Low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
Directions: Peel, seed and coarsely chop papayas. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

1 Nectarine
6 oz. Fat-free peach yogurt, frozen
1/2 c. Dole Pine-Orange-Guava juice (comes in a carton)
1/2 c. Crystal Light or other sugar-free lemonade
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender beginning with 1/4 cup of liquid adding more for taste and how thick you want the smoothie.

8-10 Fresh strawberries
1 Tbsp Honey
2 oz Water
Crushed ice
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth.

1 scoop BrainSustain
2 Bananas
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 cup Plain low fat yogurt
Directions: Peel bananas, slice and place on a cookie sheet. Put in freezer and freeze until solid. Remove from freezer and place in blender. Add other ingredients. Blend until smooth.

1 scoop BrainSustain
1 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt
8 ounces Apple juice
Frozen fresh fruit
1 Tbsp Honey
Crushed ice
Directions: Remove frozen fruit from freezer and place in blender. Add other ingredients to blender. Pour in yogurt. Blend until smooth.

1 Banana
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Peaches
1 cup Orange juice or pineapple juice
1 Tbsp Honey
1 cup Ice - crushed
Directions: Add fruit, juice, BrainSustain and honey in a blender. Stir in ice. Blend on high until smooth.

1 scoop BrainSustain
10 oz Frozen raspberries (thawed) or Fresh raspberries
1 cup Canned peach nectar
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Honey
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender beginning with 1/4 cup of liquid adding more for taste and how thick you want the smoothie.

1 scoop BrainSustain
1 cup Peach fat-free yogurt, frozen
1 cup Skim milk
1/2 cup Cantaloupe
1/2 cup Honeydew melon
1/2 cup Strawberries (or substitute with watermelon)
Directions: Put yogurt, milk, and strawberries into blender. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds. Then add in cantaloupe, melon, and ice. Blend once again on high for 1 minute.

1 scoop BrainSustain
1/2 cup Fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Skim milk
1 Banana
3" cube Soft tofu
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Strawberries
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender beginning with 1/4 cup of liquid adding more for taste and how thick you want the smoothie.

1 scoop BrainSustain
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 Frozen banana (chunks)
1 cup Pineapple sherbet
1-2 cups Frozen mango slices
Directions: Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counter-clockwise to aid mixing.

1/4 cups Peach nectar or apricot nectar
1/2 cup Low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2 cup Low fat peach yogurt or apricot yogurt
1-2 cups peach slices or apricot slices
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

1 Firm kiwi fruit peeled
1/4 Cantaloupe peeled
1 Ripe banana
1 cup Pineapple juice
Directions: Puree all ingredients in a blender beginning with 1/4 cup of liquid adding more for taste and how thick you want the smoothie.

1 scoop BrainSustain
1/2 cup Fat-free plain yogurt
2 Roma tomatoes (about 1/4 lb. total), rinsed, cored, and chopped
1 Green onion, ends trimmed, rinsed, and chopped
1/2 cup Peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber
3 Tbsp Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp Mustard seed
1/4 tsp Ground cumin
1 cup Ice cubes
Dash Salt
Dash Hot sauce
Directions: In a blender, combine yogurt, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, cilantro, mustard seed, and cumin; mix on high speed until smooth. Add ice and whirl. Optional- add salt and hot sauce to taste.
